Meet Carolyn. (she/her)
Carolyn Charest, MC, R.Psych is the heart behind Wellflow & Co., where she brings over a decade of experience as a Registered Psychologist. She’s licensed in both British Columbia (#2630) and Alberta (#3782) and works with individuals navigating life’s challenges, as well as professionals in healthcare, engineering, and design through executive coaching.
Carolyn’s journey in psychology started in 2010, when she became a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC. She holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Calgary, Athabasca, and Lethbridge, as well as an MBA from the University of Calgary—a combination that fuels her unique blend of therapy and leadership coaching. She’s also a Toastmasters Competent Communicator and Leader and an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), adding strong communication skills to her toolkit.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques, including DBT, CBT, ACT, EFT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. She helps people manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, anger, relationships, major life transitions, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Whether it’s through therapy or coaching, Carolyn’s goal is to help people find clarity, confidence, and balance.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her cycling or hiking the beautiful North Shore trails with her family, friends, and golden retriever. She believes in the power of movement, connection, and a good conversation—on the trail or in the office.
Meet Natalie. (she/her)
Natalie Phung MSW, RCSW has been working as a social worker since 2011. She is a Registered Clinical Social Worker in both British Columbia (#15547) and Alberta (#17386). She has a Masters of Social Work from the University of Calgary. She has worked with adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship issues, grief/loss, ADHD, personality disorders, and emotional regulation difficulties. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with trauma in first responders.
Natalie is trained in advanced techniques such as mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Experiencing a difficult time can be very isolating, but Natalie wants you to know that you are not alone. Maya Angelou once said, “there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you.” While therapy can seem daunting and you may feel vulnerable, sharing your story can ease the burden. Natalie will help by being a witness to your pain and together, as a team, find ways to renew your sense of hope.
In her own time, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, living an active lifestyle, and throwing the ball for her hazel eyed cockapoo named Eeyore. She is also a handler for a Certified Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Service Dog.
